At Valencia Fits, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across Pakistan.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above PKR 4,999.
- A standard shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 4,999.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (if provided), allowing you to track your package.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. Valencia Fits is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as:

- Public holidays
- Courier operational issues
- Political or regional disruptions
may result in delivery delays.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product for a quick resolution.
